We care very much about the products we sell and the service we offer you. Here at Count Your Chickens it is very important to us that you are delighted and satisfied with your order. If any item is not as you imagined you may change it for any other, or ask for a refund.
If you have any suggestions or comments, please contact us and we will be very happy to help.

Returns

We hope that you will be excited and pleased with your order. However, if for some reason you are not satisfied and would like to return the product, please do so in the original packaging and unused within 14 days. Please let us know whether you wish a refund or exchange.

We urge you to obtain a certificate of posting available free from the post office and ensure you have sufficient insurance cover when returning valuable items. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transport.

We will refund your return postage if you receive your goods damaged or faulty.

Postage

We make every effort to despatch your order as quickly as possible. You should expect your delivery within 7-10 days if the goods are in stock. If the delivery period is to be longer due to items being out of stock or for any other reason, we will let you know before delivering.

Standard delivery A charge of £3.95 is added per delivery address. Standard delivery is First or Second class post for packages under 1.5kg and the Post Office Standard Parcel service for heavier items.

Other Countries Please contact us for delivery charges to other countries including Eire and Channel Islands before you order and we will be happy to help.

Next day delivery In most cases it is possible to have a faster delivery service. Please contact us and get a quote before ordering.

Next day delivery

Please contact us before you order to discuss the possibility of next day delivery with us as well as the extra charge for that.

Security

Paypal is our payment provider. They are a large secure payment service provider offering secure online credit card and debit card payment solutions. You do not need an account with Paypal to order from us. We do not hold any credit card information on our systems or at our premises.

Orders by Phone

We don't have a credit card facility to take secure card payments over the phone. We are very happy to take payment by cheque. It takes a few days for cheques to clear and that might therefore delay your order slightly.

Packaging

Here at Count Your Chickens we re-cycle as much as we can. This means that you may receive your goods in packaging that we re-use but it also means that some of our materials may not be as green as we would wish. However, we feel that it is best to use what has already been received by us rather than disposing of it and using new packaging.
